GLORY OF GOD - AUGUST 2013

Isaiah 11:9

They shall not hurt or destroy

in all my holy mountain;

 for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord

as the waters cover the sea.

As you probably already experienced this month, there is an acceleration in the spirit and things are happening fast and continuously!

When Moses said "Lord, show me Your glory", God showed him His GOODNESS.  

The Lord revealed to me that He will start opening the eyes of His children in this season to see His goodness once again!  For so long we focussed on the negative things happening around us that we became blind to the goodness of God in the everyday issues of our lives.  As He opens our eyes to behold His deep involvement and interest in our lives, His protection and provision: His GOODNESS, our mouths will be filled with a TESTIMONY of His goodness.

Revelation 12:11

And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.

When this happens we will start overcoming in our lives once again, because the Word of God says "They have overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY"!  The 'blood of the Lamb' was God's part, the 'word of our testimony' is our part in the process to our victory!  

Our testimony determines our victory!

Revelation 19:10 "For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

When we start testifying of the GOODNESS of GOD through JESUS CHRIST we are releasing the spirit of prophecy. 

When the children of God start speaking God's heart over their families, cities and nations we will see the atmosphere changing as the light of God drives out the darkness!

Then God's Word will be fulfilled as written in Isaiah 11:9 "...the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea."

Remember, we are heaven's broadcasters here on earth to release the WORD OF HIS POWER into the earthly realm so that the Kingdom of God can be established here on earth!

Psalms 18:6-19

In my distress I called upon the Lord;

to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.

Then the earth reeled and rocked; the foundations also of the mountains trembled and quaked, because he was angry. Smoke went up from his nostrils,

and devouring fire from his mouth; glowing coals flamed forth from him.

He bowed the heavens and came down; thick darkness was under his feet.  He rode on a cherub and flew; he came swiftly on the wings of the wind.  He made darkness his covering, his canopy around him, thick clouds dark with water.  Out of the brightness before him hailstones and coals of fire broke through his clouds.

The Lord also thundered in the heavens, and the Most High uttered his voice, hailstones and coals of fire. And he sent out his arrows and scattered them; he flashed forth lightnings and routed them. 

Then the channels of the sea were seen, and the foundations of the world were laid bare at your rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of your nostrils.

He sent from on high, he took me; he drew me out of many waters.  He rescued me from my strong enemy and from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me.  

They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my support.  He brought me out into a broad place; he rescued me, because he delighted in me."

I pray that God will open your eyes to see His goodness in your life! In the small things and the great!!  May you be overwhelmed by His presence and  involvement in you life!  May you be surprised at how close He really is to you! May you become so excited by Who is IS!

May your mouth be filled with the testimony of Jesus and may your life spread the knowledge of the glory of God wherever you go!  As you do, may you rise up as an overcomer and may the Lord be glorified in and through your life!
